Bird watcher utopia
If you are a bird watcher, this is your paradise! Lake Manyara National Park is a legend that is home to more than 400 species of birds. We are certain that you are bound to catch sight of at least 100 different species of birds in any game circuit so get your binoculars ready!

The lake will be surrounded by a flock of flamingos in the wet seasons of November to May. This is the peak time for migrating birds so don’t miss it. What’s better is that you can enjoy this beautiful greenery at cheaper rates during this time.

Mammal Kingdom
Where’s the fun without some mammals, right? This national park accommodates both of your favourites, folks.
Lake Manyara national park’s eminent specialty would be its tree-climbing lions, a one of their kind and they rest on the abundant trees of their home. Only a few tourists have had the pleasure of seeing them so be sharp!

We are going to give you an exciting opportunity at one end of the game circuit. Our tour guides will take you to the famous hippo pond where you can get an eyeful of their activities. If you get lucky, you might catch some lions or leopards lounging.

And what’s more, it holds the highest population of baboons anywhere in the world! There is no better place to see these primates in action. Come to enjoy this beautiful game drive of mammals in the months of June to October.

It’s a short drive of an hour and half from Arusha with our cars. In fact, its very close to the Tarangire National Park so it could be a worthwhile pitstop.
